Refund policy

At Aluma Earth, we want you to love every product you receive. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless the product is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at alumaearth@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, email us at alumaearth@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Australian Consumer Law Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
