Shipping policy
Processing Times Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International Shipping We currently ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times are typically 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
Tracking All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at alumaearth@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at alumaearth@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
